Accountant (Revenue accounting) 

Responsibilities:

• Enter sales (contracts) into the system (SAP);
• Perform revenue accounting in SAP according to the statutory and US GAAP rules;
• Issue invoices and other related documents to clients;
• Keep reconciliation of SAP to the sales tracker, ensure all the sales are entered to the system;
• Control over evidence of arrangement is in place for the sake of revenue recognition;
• Control over timely contracts signing to maximize billing to the clients;
• Perform fixed assets accounting in SAP according to the statutory and US GAAP rules;
• Perform and control over project cost accounting';
• Prepare documents on intercompany transactions, control over intercompany entries booked, reconcile balances;.
• Perform cost accounting, balances reconciliation with retailers;
• Ensure all the documents from/to retailers are provided in time;
• Participate in monthly closing/post-closing activities within the area of responsibilities;
• Perform accounts reconciliation;
• Prepare ad-hoc analytical reports;
• Customization of SAP functions according to the statutory and corporate needs, participation in implementation of new systems/upgrade of existing ones;
• Other ad hoc requests and those related to accounting:
• Ptovide support, consultations and trainings to the sales department when needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field;
• Not less than 2 years of relevant experience in accounting;
• Profficient knowledge and experience of application statutory and US GAAP standarts;
•  Upper intermediate level of English;
• Good PC skills: Excel, experience in SAP or relevant ERP-system;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, good communication skills, stress resistance, accuracy, responciblility.
